When I was forming my old guild, we were a roleplaying guild with a distinct military theme. We relied heavily on British army ranks to when we made our own, with both Commissioned and Non-Commissioned ranks. We also had an Aide de Camp rank for those who were knowledgable and skilled with the game, to recognize them as valuable resources within the guild. It worked well with a guild known as The Regiment.

Good list of references for fledgling guilds!

I’m hoping to build on it, and make it more presentable…. and try and find some less gender specific ranks
