I’ve noticed a slight performance improvement once I uninstalled mine, but that might be becasue I was looking for it (I do tend to blame extra lag on post maintenance changes and my own cable connection though so its conceivable I’ve been having some additional issues that I just didn’t connect to the addon).

Personally – I think this whole gearscore thing is ridiculous. I’m glad I don’t have to pug most of the content nowadays.

I’m also enjoying the relaxed raiding thing at the moment. Apparently Gearscore causes people to Dc a lot though – I haven’t seen any issues so far though.

Emblems alone just aren’t really enough to make the time investment worthwhile.

Fortunately nobody has asked me to quote my own Gearscore yet. No idea what mine is, and I’m not downloading some addon just for curiosity’s sake!
