I thought I would check out WOW Heroes It seems to be up and working. Mostly. Its not adding up your gear score correctly for season 4 Gear, but they seem to have fixed their overwhelming demand problems when Wow Insider Linked them through recently and I couldnt get in. With standard Character and Guild Links back to Wow Armory, and an Item upgrade search through WOWhead on each item.
It has a nice little list of all your gear – which I like because I like seeing what other people are wearing list form rather then just pictorial representations that you need to mouse over to see. It also lists the Source of the item.
Its not as comprehensive as Warcrafter and doesn’t break down the spells and Stats as Warcrafter does but as a summary view Wow – Heroes is much more friendly to look at.
Because I’m in PVP gear I checked out another player and compared the ‘scores’ between Warcrafter and Wow-heroes. Warcrafter has just a Gear score while WOW heroes has a gear and and enchant score as well as an over all score. Comparing the scores for a non season 4 geared player shows that both sites have a different scoring system
Once you search for a character to ‘index’ it on Wow-heroes you can then compare the members of a guilds score using the Guild search. It doesn’t give you the complete list of members like Warcrafter did when I first used it, but you still had to search for the character to ‘index’ it. So its not too much different there.
Wow-heroes is not as judgemental as IMBA but it does offer feedback in regards to suggested enchants and it will tell you if you haven’t enchanted something.
It also has a progress bar much like IMBA that it uses to approximate what level your progression should be based on your score.
I’m definitely interested to see where WOW-Heroes will go… and what other features they might implement.

Nice find! I like the way WoW Hero looks compared to Warcrafter. It runs a smoother, and faster. Warcrafter has more stats though. It’s like a mix between Warcrafter and Imba, which is a good thing.
