I did it! I Fell

Thanks to everyone with their suggestions for the 65 Feet Falling Achievement Going Down

I only died one more time in my attempts
What Finally got me there was Hovering above the redish covering on the Right hand side of the Scyers Tier, dismounting from my flying mount.
and landing on the covering beneath. I needed to get my mounts legs just above the Tier, and jumping off didn’t get me a good line of sight, so I used my flying mount. You dont need to go out as far as I did, but it was a difficult angle to get a shot of the tier and the covering.

and I repeated it a couple of times to make sure it worked.

I had about 8700 health, and ended up with about 600 spare.
