Because I promised I would post what I ended up doing with my Space Invader stickers
Just above my couch. Mmmm yellow’s legs look crooked
I had the perfect piece of wall for the rest of them, it’s in bad light ( and you see the top of my very weird wood carved panel that watches over my living room)
Flat on – but with a little bit of light reflection
They aren’t vinyl decals as such, they are plasticy with sticky stuff on the back – I tested one on a wall for a week to see if it would cause paint problems, and it came off easily with no damage. ( Even though I own my walls I still don’t want them to get damaged unnecessarily) I still have one more set – which will maybe go in my PC room, but I don’t want to overdo the Space Invader Goodness.
And because I have a small interest obsession for Space Invaders at the moment, there is a Stationary chain called Officeworks that sells a Brand called ” A brand called ED (Their website is not really functional atm) but they sell all sorts of designs by these guys, I got a Space Invader pen, Notebook, and Pencil Case ( and a vampire bat notebook too) ( I guess I’m never going to grow up when I still get excited about stationary.)
What’s wrong with never growing up? It’s the male condition 😀
I once had http://kazza.id.au/10030/images/2004-11-21-DSC06386.jpg in my living room (this isn’t mine, just an image of it) but my wife made me move it into my junk room with my computers and action figures 😦
Im not male! and that is a big
piece of legomodel. Could make for interested conversation starters – ” yeah the real one is out the back.. “I know. What I meant is that males never grow up. My wife will testify to that.
It’s not just big, it’s also damned heavy. I think the measurements are 90 centimetres long by 60 centimetres wife and 40 centimetres high… it’s pretty big.
